Sunday Sound Journey

Join Ashley Bush for an afternoon sound bath! Sound vibrations can have a profound effect on the cells, organs, tissues, as well as the circulatory, metabolic and endocrine systems, leaving the body feeling fresh and radiant. During this session, Ashley will use various instruments to place tonal vibrations on and around the body to fill the room with love and light.
