Monday morning is generally an energetic mixed level vinyasa flow class; get over the Wednesday hump with morning mantras in a meditation based class; and finish out the week on Friday with an energetic mixed level vinyasa flow.

Focusing on the power of breath awareness, we begin with guided meditation, followed by a Vinyasa class, mindfully synchronizing our breath to movement, focusing on relaxation, meditation, and working with crystals, set to a variety of music and themes. ~Katy

Come drift away with me. This class is all about relaxation for your mind and body. Organic tea is offered during a meditation-based, gentle flow class, full of pampering and an extra long shavasana to close.

2nd and 4th Sunday, 10-11 a.m.
This hour session features different breath practices, ending in meditation.
