Trisha Komosinski will offer a gentle yoga flow class, featuring different breath practices, ending in meditation. Breath work can produce profound healing benefits, such as reducing stress, increasing oxygen, lowering blood pressure, and better regulating your body’s reaction to stress and fatigue.

Mixed Level Yoga Flow

Wednesdays, 6-7 p.m.

Focusing on the power of breath awareness and movement, this mixed-level flow yoga class will mindfully synchronize our breath to movement. This class is perfect for either a beginner or a seasoned yogi. Trisha regularly leads this class, with Katy as the fixed substitute.  ~Trisha/Katy

Prenatal Yoga

These yoga sessions are specifically catered to the pregnant body and baby. It includes props, blankets, aromatherapy tools and more to make these sessions deeply relaxing and effective in relieving your body of any discomfort or tension.  Begins 11/28.

Come drift away with me. This class is all about relaxation for your mind and body. Organic tea is offered during a meditation-based, gentle flow class, full of pampering and an extra long shavasana to close.

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays,

6-7 a.m.

All level yogis welcome! Class style may vary, depending on the energy and mood. Monday morning is generally an energetic mixed level vinyasa flow class; get over the Wednesday hump with morning mantras in a meditation based class; and finish out the week on Friday with an energetic mixed level vinyasa flow.
