Little Yogis Unite

Mondays, 9:30-10:30 a.m.

This class will feature playful flow of basic yoga poses to help harness the forces within. Little yogis will refine gross and fine motor skills, focus on body awareness, and enhance positive coping strategies through yoga practice. Investment $15 per person. Mixed Level Yoga Flow

Wednesdays, 6-7 p.m.

Focusing on the power of breath awareness and movement, this mixed-level flow yoga class will mindfully synchronize our breath to movement. This class is perfect for either a beginner or a seasoned yogi. Trisha regularly leads this class, with Katy as the fixed substitute.
