You can cut all the flowers, but you cannot keep spring from coming! We are transforming our quarantine time into a time of universal healing and are now hosting all regularly scheduled classes in our personal Zoom meeting room.

In order to join any classes listed below, click our Zoom personal meeting link (https://zoom.us/j/8732046726?pwd=RXRyOXlZSXhmSHBjaU1tOWpiSUw2Zz09)  about 5-10 minutes before scheduled start.

For those on computers, it should start automatically but may ask you to download a plug in. When prompted, select call with internet or computer audio. For those joining on your phone, you will be asked to download the app.

We will do our best to begin on time, but appreciate your patience and good vibes if we have technical difficulties.

Sunrise Vinyasa

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays,

6-7 a.m.

All level yogis welcome! Class style may vary, depending on the energy and mood. Monday morning is generally an energetic mixed level vinyasa flow class; get over the Wednesday hump with morning mantras in a meditation based class; and finish out the week on Friday with an energetic mixed level vinyasa flow.

Pure Relaxation

Tuesdays, 6:30-7:45 p.m.

Come drift away with me. This class is all about relaxation for your mind and body. Organic tea is offered during a meditation-based, gentle flow class, full of pampering and an extra long shavasana to close.

Strength, Tone, and Deep Stretch

Fridays 9:15-10:30 a.m.

This multi-level class has something to offer everyone! A mixed-level vinyasa flow focuses on toning muscle by holding poses, balancing, core strength work, and adding hand weights to our practice for maximum calorie burn. We end with deep stretches to round out our class.

Slow Flow

Yoga

Mondays, 8-9 a.m.

This Monday morning class will help begin your week with tranquility. It focuses on slowing down and fully coming into your body and spirit through yoga. This meditation-based sequence of poses links breath to movement, leading to peace, calm and a relaxed spirit before plunging back into the world.

All level yogis welcome.

Mixed Level Vinyasa Flow

Wednesdays, 6-7 p.m.

Focusing on the power of breath awareness, we begin with guided meditation, followed by a Vinyasa class, mindfully synchronizing our breath to movement, focusing on relaxation, meditation, and working with crystals, set to a variety of music and themes.  ~Katy

Self-Care Sunday

First Sunday of the Month

9-12 p.m.

Nourish yourself with intentional acts of self-care. Book a chair massage or reiki for $1 per minutes from 9-10 a.m. and 11:15-noon. In between, catch a mixed level vinyasa flow yoga from 10-11:15 a.m. for those who choose to stay.
