Tuesdays, 6:30-7:45 p.m.

Come drift away with me. This class is all about relaxation for your mind and body. Organic tea is offered during a meditation-based, gentle flow class, full of pampering and an extra long shavasana to close.

Sunrise Vinyasa

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays,

6-7 a.m.

All level yogis welcome! Class style may vary, depending on the energy and mood. Monday morning is generally an energetic mixed level vinyasa flow class; get over the Wednesday hump with morning mantras in a meditation based class; and finish out the week on Friday with an energetic mixed level vinyasa flow.

Trisha's Breath Escape

2nd and 4th Mondays, 6:15-7:15 p.m.

This hour session features different breath practices, ending in meditation.

Breath work can produce profound healing benefits, such as reducing stress, increasing oxygen, lowering blood pressure, helping to manage chronic pain, reducing depression and better regulating your body’s reaction to stress and fatigue.
