Join Trisha Komosinski as we collectively set intentions for the new year. The class will open with a grounding exercise, then journal on what we'd like to hold and what we'd like to release before transitioning to a gentle yoga flow class, featuring different breath practices and reiki by Stacy Parker, ending in meditation.
