Jean Anne will share insights from her experience caring for hospice patients and their families and discuss some of the most common questions and misconceptions surrounding hospice—including what hospice really means, when it may be appropriate, and how compassionate care can help patients and families focus on comfort, dignity, and meaningful time together.
The discussion will also feature Jean Anne’s book, Go With Grace: A Simple Guide to Caring for Your Loved One on Hospice and a Pawsitive Journey (childrens book) written as an approachable resource for families facing the hospice journey.
