Barre and Soul Yoga

2nd and 4th Monday, 6-7 p.m.

115 E. Crawford St.

This class will fuse together techniques from ballet and yoga to create a unique and gentle flow to build balance, strength, and flexibility for both mind and boy. Each session will incorporate barre, yoga, and meditation. (beginning February 2023)

Mixed Level Yoga Flow

Wednesdays, 6-7 p.m.

115 E. Crawford St.

Focusing on the power of breath awareness and movement, this mixed-level flow yoga class will mindfully synchronize our breath to movement. This class is perfect for either a beginner or a seasoned yogi. Trisha regularly leads this class, with Katy as the fixed substitute.

Tuesdays, 6:30-7:45 p.m.

Come drift away with me. This class is all about relaxation for your mind and body. Organic tea is offered during a meditation-based, gentle flow class, full of pampering and an extra long shavasana to close.

Costs

Drop-In

Drop-in class passes are $15 each.

5 Classes

$50 for five classes whenever you want to use them!  Pass is active for one year.

10 Classes

$90 for 10 classes whenever you want to use them! Pass is valid for one year.

20 Classes

$160 for twenty classes whenever you want to use them! Pass is valid for one year.

Unlimited Monthly

$40 for one month unlimited regularly scheduled classes. That's a downward doggone good deal! 

Access Pass

This $25 pass can be used as an introduction to the studio, before committing to a larger pass. It is also an offering to those who may not be able to afford a regular-priced package. We’ve all had times in our lives when money can be tight and we believe yoga should be accessible to all in the community and as a support to each other. Keeping a pass at a lower price for those in need helps to allow all to practice together. If you can afford a regular priced pass, it will help support the studio and community. All are welcome to purchase as needed.

Private Yoga

Sometimes we need a little one-on-one. These hour-long classes are $50 each and individualized for your needs, whether it's meditation, relaxation or sound vibration. Email info@thelavenderhour.com or call/text 419-306-7532 for an appointment. Individuals or groups welcome!
