The vibrations that we create in our bodies through physical and energetic movement strongly impacts our ability to live well. During this session, Katy will use various instruments (Gong, Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, and more) to place tonal vibrations are placed on and around the body. Sound vibrations can have a profound effect on the cells, organs, tissues, as well as the circulatory, metabolic and endocrine systems, leaving the body and mind feeling fresh and radiant.

Reiki is a relaxation technique in which a practitioner places their hands on or near a location of the body that is in need. It focuses energy on various on aspects of the body including the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. It can help relieve stress, reduce pain and anxiety, promote relaxation, and deepen spiritual connection and inner peace. In reiki sessions, intuition guides us and we may combine multiple modalities, including crystal and sound.
