Clear quartz is helpful for balancing emotions, thinking positively and helping you to grow spiritually. Quartz crystals can open and activate the higher chakras, as well as grounding and vitalizing the physical system. If you’re feeling a bit flat or down, try putting clear quartz in water and drinking after half an hour. It can also be used as a substitute for any other crystal and to amplify other crystals.
